Delete your Cashwise account
Cashwise by Khayll Labs
Deleting your account erases it and everything in it, right away. It can’t be undone.
In the Android app
- Open Cashwise and tap the settings button at the top of Home.
- Scroll to Sign-in and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.
On the web
- Sign in at app.cashwise.khayll-labs.com and open Settings.
- Under Sign-in, choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete my account.
If you can’t sign in
Email support@cashwise.khayll-labs.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Everything: your sign-in, your budgets, salary and paydays, bills and payments, expenses, accounts and balances, transfers, savings goals, categories, settings, and the addresses your devices use for reminders.
It’s erased from the database straight away. Copies in our encrypted backups age out within 30 days. We keep nothing afterwards, except what the law would require us to (for Cashwise today, nothing).
