I can’t sign in
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot your password. We’ll email you a six-digit code to set a new one. No email? Check your spam folder, and that you’re using the address you signed up with.
I’m not getting reminders
Turn them on in Settings → Reminders on each phone or browser you use, and allow notifications when asked. Reminders go out once a day at 8 in the morning, Manila time.
My salary didn’t show up
Cashwise only records your salary when you confirm it. On payday, tap It came in on the Salary day card on Home, or Different amount if it wasn’t what you expected. Set your paydays and amounts in Settings → Budget.
Where’s the Android app?
It’s coming to Google Play soon. Until then, open app.cashwise.khayll-labs.com in your browser and add it to your Home Screen; it works like an app.
