In short: Cashwise is a free tool to plan and track your own money. Keep your login safe, use it lawfully, and remember it helps you decide but doesn’t give financial advice.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Cashwise on the web or Android, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Cashwise.
Your account
- You need a valid email address, and you must be at least 13. If you’re under 18, use Cashwise with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
- Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away at support@cashwise.khayll-labs.com if you think someone else is using it.
What Cashwise is, and isn’t
Cashwise is a tool for planning and recording your own money: budgets, bills, expenses and savings you enter yourself. It doesn’t hold, move or invest money, doesn’t connect to your bank, and isn’t a bank, e-wallet or lender.
The figures it shows are only as good as what you enter. Nothing in Cashwise is financial, tax or legal advice; for important decisions, talk to a qualified professional.
Using it fairly
- Don’t use Cashwise for anything unlawful, or to store someone else’s data without their permission.
- Don’t try to reach other people’s data, break or overload the service, or get around its security.
- Don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
Your data is yours
You own what you enter. You let us store and process it only to run Cashwise for you, as the privacy policy describes. The Cashwise name, logo and app are Khayll Labs’s.
Price
Cashwise is free today. If we ever add paid features, we’ll say so clearly beforehand, and nothing you already use will start costing money without your say.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cashwise running and your data safe, but it’s provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features; if a change to these terms matters, we’ll tell you in the app first.
Limits of our liability
As far as Philippine law allows, Khayll Labs isn’t liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made from figures in the app. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account from Settings (see how). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
